We love pizza around here. To save money and eat more healthy pizza, I usually make it at home from scratch. I make my own flour with my grain mill, then make the dough. While that is rising, I cut the veggies (if I don't already have them cut and frozen), and make my sauce. Yes, this is a little time consuming. I consider it a labor of love. Plus, once you have the homemade stuff, the occasional take out just isn't as good! There are sometimes leftovers....not always. I totally forgot I wanted to take a pic to post...but I didn't remember until it was almost too late!! Oh well, at least you have an idea what it kinda looked like ;-)
